Croagh Patrick, a renowned pilgrimage site, draws thousands of visitors. The 764m (2500 ft) Croagh Patrick Mountain offers a 7 km moderate to strenuous walking route to its iconic peak above Clew Bay near Westport. Recognizing the need to enhance tourism, Mayo County Council collaborated with Sunovatech to create a hyperrealistic VR experience. This project transcends traditional tourism, preserving the cultural significance of Ireland's holy mountain. Utilizing cutting-edge VR technology, it immerses users in a breathtaking journey through the historical, cultural, and natural beauty of Croagh Patrick.
