Sunovatech was commissioned to create a comprehensive 3D visualization for The Durban Aerotropolis masterplan, designed to showcase the impact and operation of the fully developed city by 2040. This visualization played a crucial role in bringing the ambitious project to life, illustrating how the Dube TradePort Special Economic Zone would evolve into a world-class commercial and light industrial precinct. The detailed 3D models highlighted the integration of globally advanced logistics and manufacturing infrastructure, encompassing airport-related activities such as cargo operations, warehousing, agricultural processing, and cold storage, as well as commercial real estate for office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
