About the Project

Sunovatech is proud to present our collaboration with MQDC in developing an immersive virtual reality experience for The Forestias, an innovative community blending nature, architecture, and technology within Bangkok's city limits. This ambitious project spans 398 rai at Bangna-Trad Road Km 7, featuring residential concepts such as Whizdom Condominiums, Mulberry Grove Villas & Condominiums, The Aspen Tree Residences, and Six Senses Residences.

Our team created a highly detailed 3D model of the entire development, ensuring an extraordinarily realistic and interactive VR experience. Although the project is still under development, this virtual experience allows potential residents to explore the lush green spaces and upscale amenities of The Forestias as if it were completed. Users can virtually walk through the residences, experience the integration of nature and architecture, and interact with various elements to get a true feel of the environment.

Designed for maximum immersion with high-definition visuals and intuitive navigation, the VR experience makes it easy for users to explore every corner of The Forestias. This tool not only highlights the project's commitment to sustainable happiness but also helps potential buyers make informed decisions confidently.
